I was just so tired of looking up recipes online or even in recipe books and finding that everything takes about 300 different ingredients that I don't have and would end up wasting because I can't use it all at once. That's ok, with creativity and desperation, I have a few tricks up my sleeve!!
This site will also be kind of a coping mechanism until I learn how to accept this new diagnosis (and how to have a balanced diet AND be on the go 24/7). If anyone has ANY tips, tricks, FEEL FREE TO CONTRIBUTE. I need all of the help I can get!!
Ooh, also, all of the recipes that I write/post (excludes reblogging) should be great if you live in high altitude. I'm making everything at 5,280 feet above sea level, so it should work fine for all of you that live up in the clouds.
